Answer» only one pc has internet.....not sure how to get others going.....went into internet CONNECTIONS and got lost.....NEED a walk through.....do I need a network card for other pc's? Phone line---->DSL Modem---> --->Wireless router--------->Multiple port Hub \|--->Laptop 1 \|--->Desktop 3 \|--->Laptop 2 \|--->Desktop 4 The Hub by itself does not work with more that one computer. I have to have the router. I will let somebody else explain this. In FACT, I would not need the Hub, but I didn't want to string more cable through the trees. So just one cable comes out of the router and is split by the Hub. Because my internet speed is less that 1 Mega bit, the Hub does not slow down the connection.
