Solve : Nokia IP330 Firewall?

I have a Nokia IP330 firewall

When it BOOTS it only displays 'AT' at the command line, recurring every 10 seconds or so. There is no option to type anything.

I want to reset it and remove PASSWORDS etc

Any help?
