I am taking online video lessons and the video suddenly stops playing. Do I need to update firefox or IE??? What cud this problem be--and how do I SOLVE it. I have dell inspiron windows XP laptop. I believe the problem is on my END. Thanks

What version(s) were you USING and do they have the same issue? What do you mean video suddenly stops? Are there any errors posted and do you have a strong wi-fi or dropping signal CONNECTION?
