Answer» Okay now that i got you to at least view my post..... Can someone please help me!! What prompts would i need to use in cmd to disallow ad HOC connection??? I messed up in the setting up PART of it and it changed property vaules... problem is i cant connect to internet... the only wireless connection i have is local it seems i have messed up an adapter connection because it doesnt acknowledge my wireless device at all in network and sharing but i can connect to it for limited CONNECTIVITY because it's mine. im in windows 8 by the way...sigh.... I put in something like this netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode-allow ssid-ADHOCNETWORK key-password yea so i messed up by using the - (dashs) it was supposed to be equal = Someone please help!!1) I DELETED all of your other posts. Just ask your question once - on only one FORUM please. 2) Next time please use a subject that relates to your question - it will get more attention than "only geniuses".
