Your Windows XP Administrator account? Start->CONTROL Panel->User accounts and right click on any user account you have there. Then choose your options.

See the first paragraphs.Note that you can only change the Admin password if you are an administrator. if your CTRL+ALT+DEL change password option is blanked out, you can go to :
WINDOWS>system32>gpedit
it's in the administrative templates section
on the right hand SIDE, you should see some options
change the setting of the "change password" option to disabled.
You TWO just told him an ANSWER to something that could go very wrong.....
