It seems like every time you come requesting help and get directed to the manuals / user guides you either don't have them, don't have time to look in them, or doubt they will help you. The purpose of these manual / user guides are to help the general user perform the various functions for the device. They should be the first place you look when you need assistance. Only after you have tried what they say and you still can't get it to work should you post asking for help. Additionally you have been around long enough to know that when you do post requesting help you should list the problem in full detail and list everything you have done. I have also noticed that you like to make post for other people to try and help them out, while I applaud your willingness to help others you need to first ensure you have a look at their system so you can see exactly what the problem is instead of just going by what they told you which is what you normally do. No one here can help you fix a problem when you can't even tell them exactly what the problem is.all right so I cant find the manual to the phone right off.
