Solve : Port forwarding on a pocket wifi modem?

Answer»

I have absolutely no idea if it is possible, but how would I go about port forwarding with a POCKET WIFI modem that doesn't APPEAR to have a built in system to do it manually.
I'm using a Telstra Pocket Wi-Fi Type:MF91 if that helps even slightly. With a Telstra pocket modem, you'll be lucky to stay connected for any length of time, so this may be a fool's errand.

I believe that no MATTER what you try to do, it won't work. Don't know if either of these is the true CAUSE, or just contributing factors, but since you're on a cellular connection:
1) You're stuck behind Big Pond's firewall, not your own
2) You're going to get an IP assigned dynamically, which has always been the scourge of my port forwarding attempts.

I presume this has some routing capabilities (ie, you can connect more than one device)? If you browse over to your internal gateway address, what type of security options do you have?I've looked over them, and it doesn't allow you to forward ports, which is why I asked, I don't have access to this device any more though, so I don't need to know any more, but I can't tell you what is in the internal gateway settings. I have looked at a couple of sources, and I am confident that the modem isn't able to forward ports. Thanks for the explanation
