Answer» I have problem CONNECTING to BROADBAND Internet connection. when i PING the gateway[10.19.XXX.XXX] i get Reply from 10.19.XXX.XXX:Destination HOST Unreachable when i tracert the gateway[10.19.XXX.XXX] i get reports:Destination Host Unreachable when i ping to my laptop ip, it is OK and there is ALSO no problem while connecting my laptop to other computer Laptop: Dell Latitude D630 NIC: Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5755M Gigabit Ethernet OS: Windows XP What should i need to do? Thank you Ramesh ShresthaCan it be the issue related to the gateway which doesn't support gigabit ethernet.Did you call ISP?
