Answer» Hi I am having trouble editing my website because i cannot log on to win scp. I know that the password is correct and i am logging on the same way that i have done for the past 3 months . Here is the ERROR message i keep getting: COULD not RETRIEVE directory listing Can't open data connection. Can anybody shed some light on what the problem is or how to fix it ?Sounds like a firewall problem. If you are using a router LOGIN and LOOK for how your FTP settings are setup.
