I'm having a problem with opening ports 9896, 16000-16999, and 119. I virus on my computer has permanently disabled my firewall, so I can't do it from there. I have a wi-fi connector that hi-jacks my neighbors internet, but when I go to my "network connections" thing, it isn't listed. Also(not sure if this helps), The virus has also disabled my control panel(saying there are restrictions in effect and I need to contact the admin, even though I am the admin).
Is there a way I can configure my wi-fi connector to unblock those ports? I have tried looking online for a program that will do it automatically, but as far as I know, they only scan which are open or not etc.
Help would be greatly appreciated Maybe, you should worry about the infection, first?
