Solve : problems mapping my new network?

Hi I know my software well but am def challenged with networks etc so if you can help plz use the KISS METHOD (keep it simple STUPID)

I followed all the instructions - and understood the principles and got my files all ready to NETWORK, but right at the end of the mapping process when it says to identify the file, I browse but cant select OK cus it is greyed out.  To make matters worse I cant type it in manually cus the forward slash on my keyboard DOESNT work.
