Answer» Hello, With a lot of money?? :-/ How start-up capital works(Click) How do you expect to start an ISP when you don't own or rent any lines? C'mon, do some research before asking questions.All I would like to know( thats why I posted this THREAD) is how to get connected directly to the internet without get by a first ISP ?
