Answer» In looking online on some various sites for a particular IP address that was given when an email I sent was opened, the sites are showing me 3 different GEOGRAPHICAL locations. One is in PORTLAND, Oregon, one in Seattle, Washington and the third one in Wichita, Kansas. Can someone please TELL me why I am getting such a varied range of locations for this particular IP address that is coming back on my PROGRAM that tracks email opens? This PERSON is opening the email with an Android. Can someone please help me with this and explain why I am getting such varied IP address locations?
