Contact your administrator to resolve this issue ...." this am getting when access from other network system (previously this problem was with my network clients.. if they got like this then they just restart system and it works fine) .. the REAL thing was am able to connect from server mechain but not from client .... My network (N1) : Server : Windows 2003 R2 SP2 RDP v6.0 HP proLiant 110 G2 My Guest network(N2) : client: Windows XP please through your view where i need to correct to solve this problem.... Have you looked in the event logs for any error messages at the time of the failed connections?yes i checked..... noting was there releated to this problem.. Have you installed the RDP client update (via Windows updates) for this client? Is remote desktop enabled on the client machine? Are you on the list that are allowed to use remote desktop on that client?Typical checklist for RDP issues: 1) Does the router/firewall have port 3389 open and POINTING to the server's internal IP address? 2) Is Remote Desktop enabled on the server? 3) Does the user account you're using have rights to log on interactively? 4) Is there a software firewall on either end blocking traffic through port 3389? |
