Solve : Resetting IP Address on a 3G USB Modem?

I have a 3G USB Modem on my laptop. I NEED to reset my IP ADDRESS because, for some reason or other, my IP is banned on Wikipedia, and I want to register. Apparently, on Wikipedia my name is Kevin and I am banned for Vandalism for 3 months, and I cant EVEN request an unblock until the 3 months are up.

So is there any way to reset the IP Address?

I didnt do ANYTHING! SOMEONE, somehow must have the IP address as me, if that is possible. And besides, my names isnt Kevin!
