I finally GOT my PC going, and when i connected to my home wi-fi network, it connected normally but when I open the browser, and search something on google it brings me the results, but when I open anything else, it starts by connecting and stays like that and doesent load at all though it SAYS that it is conneted, what do you think is the problem?

Could try:
 1. Clear Browser Cache / Temporary Internet Files
 2. Try to clear the DNS Cache (Command Prompt > "ipconfig /flushdns"
 3. Ensure the destination webserver RESOLVES (Command Prompt > "nslookup www.yahoo.com")
 4. Ensure you can ping the webserver (Command Prompt > "ping www.yahoo.com"  < This may not always work)
 5. Ensure you can Route to the destination (Command Prompt > "tracert www.yahoo.com" < COMPARE path to Google)

If you can ping it, and you can trace all the way there, then I'd ask if which web browser you're using or if you have a firewall/Internet Security Suite.
