Assuming you have Windows XP, go to Start --> All Programs and find Microsoft Movie Maker. Drag the video file into the program and then drag it into the timeline. The click File --> Save to my computer and the file size should be reduced (slightly, depends)Try zipping it. Oh and what email are you using? Hotmail, yahoo, etc. And are you using Outlook Express?
