I work for a small Day care center. We have a Dell Power Edge 840 SERVER, four work station CPs, and two time clock TOUCH screen work stations for the parents to sign in and out. The problem is; every day when we come in to work, the work stations have to be re-booted or we can't access our day care program(EZ Care2). We also have a problem with the time clocks; both of them "freeze up" at 3:50 PM every day and have to be re-booted.My tech guy is at aloss for an answer to this problem. We've checked virus scans, back up scans, add on scans, and the server event viewer. Every thing seems to be in order.Any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

The event log shows no errors or anything else suspicious. We've de-activated all the updates, backups, virus scans Etc. and still have the problem. We suspect there's a mapping problem. the two touch screen work station's event log does show warnings for the exact times we crash. The error message reads "windows fax".
