Answer» Hi everybody I hope someone can help me and keep in mind I have limited skills. Here is what I have......I have my dsl line plugged into my mbr1000 and want to put a COMPUTER in another room. I have a 54g linksys router with dd-wrt software and I want to use my internet connection from my mbr in a different room. So how do I go about doing this and be understanding LIKE I said limited skills.......thanks......two-dogs So can this be done? The mbr1000 is a wireless router, so I don't understand why you are also talking about a linksys router too. Please explain why the linksys would be involved.I want to run another computer in a different room and I don't want to use either net CABLE it would be over 40 FEET long. So I want to put my linksys in the other room so I can get the internet from the linksys........does that MAKE sense.....two-dogs |
