It could be somewhere INSIDE your house or a problem with your ISP. You need to trouble shoot the problem ONE step at a time. How do you connect to the internet? Cable or DSL modem, wireless or wired router, etc.?Do this error comes only on a particular website and on what browser? You could also try checking your firewall/3rd party and security softwares settings such as antispyware, malware, web scanners, Adblock or antivirus. - I think that there is no break in communication.
