Answer» I have a SMALL LAN network containing several computers running WinXP.
Only one computer is connected to the Internet, and that internet connection is NOT being shared to others.
I want to enable email sending (and/or receiving) option for all of my computers in this LAN network (but not to enable Internet sharing itself), and for this I am searching for an email program that might "store" written emails on client machines, and then automatically send them when only one computer on this network connects to the Internet.
Is this possible, and is there any email client program(s) that might do this kind of a job?
Best regards
You did not mention if it has to read email. Are you familiar with Microsoft exchange?
Exchange TOP features Are you willing to add a small computer to act as a mail server? It does not have to be costly and you could PUT it in a closet.
Do you have a compelling reason to not MAKE the Internet accessible by all the computers, either via Internet sharing with the computer now connected to the Internet or by DIRECT connection by each computer?
