How does the WHOLE ANDING thing work exactly (I know that 1 and 1 =1, 0 and 1 =0)
I asked the lecturer here, but now I am really confused. He showed me a different way and gave me homework to do, I did it exactly like he showed me and then he said it was wrong!
I tried SEARCHING the web, I found a few articles but I am STILL lost.
Please if anyone can help at all it would be great.
