Answer» Hey guys, after a week and a half of just leaving my internet ALONE and not changing any SETTINGS, it has regained full speed again. It happened suddenly, I was TRYING to load up Facebook and it was taking an AGE, but then all of a sudden EVERYTHING popped up fully loaded. So I went on BBC iPlayer which I couldn't ACCESS before, and it now works fine. I also speed tested and it showed normal. Thanks for your help.
