Solve : Two POS booted from a PXE server and got different result?

Answer»

Below is my customer's PROBLEM from using my POS: A-POS & B-POS. The two POS are almost the same. When they booted from PXE server, they got different result. COULD anyone GIVE me comments or hints about the cause?

I have a problem with the A-POS in combination with the PXE boot function on the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.
We have a deployment tool called “Semper Continuity Suite” (see also http://www.sempersoftware.com/products/semper-continuity-suite )
who is working with a PXE boot server.
Normaly after a reboot the system becomes a IP address from the DHCP server and the system is booting up into the Semper software suite
for collecting data. After collecting data from the system, the system is booting up into the OPERATING system.

After booting up the system with Bootoption #1 Realtek PXE B02 D00, the system becomes a IP address from the DHCP server.
Now the system GIVES an error message “Crypto key from 10.101.185.234” with “Retrying” a couple of times..
Normally the system must boot up with the Semper application after having the DHCP address.

The B-POS don’t have this problem and is working with the same Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller, on the same network/server.

Bios information A-POS;
BIOS Vendor : American Megatrends
Core Version : 4.6.4.1
Compliancy : UEFI 2.1
Project Version : H61AP.F3b X64
Build date and time : 08/16/2012 18:23:14

Bios information B-POS;
BIOS Vendor : American Megatrends
Core Version : 4.6.4.1
Compliancy : UEFI 2.1
Project Version : H61AP.F3b X64
Build date and time : 11/07/2012 14:37:56

Boot option #1 : Realtek PXE B02 D00
Network card : Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Series v2.45 (12/30/11)
DHCP IP address : 10.101.185.234

Do you know a solution for this problem?
Why does the B-POS still working and the A-POS don’t?
