I had her make sure the web site addresses are listed as a 'trusted site' in the tools security tab. I had her make sure all her web site security settings were set to default to allow the setting of cookies. Window's firewall is 'on'. Any suggestions. Go to options > security > "Use SSL" (etc.)

Give me a minute to "root out" my IE7... Okay, go to Tools > Advanced tab > Security, and check the following:

Use SSL 2.0
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0

Now how is it?All they choices are checked. No change.1. Click Start, and then click Run.
