Solve : unidentified network? |

Answer» hi I have 4 sony-vaio laptops running Windows 7 Professional. We have sonicwall pro2040 and DHCP is enabled. Previously when we had XP in our office when we disconnect ONE system from one desk to another it will automatically USE to connect to network. But in new windows 7 systems when i disconnect and from one desk and connect to another desk it says unidentified network. And i have to restart the sytem or disable and enable the network adapter once to connect to the network. And i have to restart the sytem or disable and enable the network adapter once to connect to the network\ It's a fair obvious for the network adapter. If you are pointing only to the certain laptop's adapter, then check for any firmware updates or any WIN 7 OS networking services that just needs to be adjusted or configured.
