I was wondering if there was a way to use an iPod Touch to connect to the internet on a PC

you can set up internet connection sharing with an ad-hoc NETWORK linked to the WIRED ethernet through the computer(i own an iPhone 2G.)

Oh yes, this can be done. I personally use the (jailbroken) APP I posted above. Works a charm.You do realize this thread is about an iPod and not an iPhone. I also own an iPhone and know how to set it up both ways but since the OP is asking about an iPod I am not going to confuse the issue by using iPhone instructions. Just for clarification the iPhone does not have any cellular service.
