I would like to know whether we can use two broadband connections in one network?
I am having a network with 7 computers and I have two broadband connections, one is 512 kbps and another is 256 kbps, all the SYSTEMS are setted as acquire IP address automatically, now my question is how to use both of the broadbands in network to get maximum benefit of speed..
I am connecting the internet connection directly into a switch from where i will get internet to all the computers. Right now i am connecting one broadband connection at a time. please tell me the procedure to use both connections at a time.
Combining them both will result in more BANDWIDTH but no gain in speed. You will need a dual WAN router like this one http://www.draytek.co.uk/products/vigor2820.html

It may not be an option for you but a single faster connection would give you better service. 768kbps/128kbpsFind another ISP that will give you 1.5 mbps or better.
Much more cost effective.
