Answer» Now then, all!
Yesterday my Dell Vostro 1000 suddenly cut off from my home wireless connection completely. I went into the list of wireless connections and the connection I was TRYING to connect to kept disappearing and reappearing on the list. When it was there, the signal strength was very good (at least 4 bars), but when I TRIED to connect to it, it just wouldn't and just brought up the 'diagnose' (which was SOD all use) and 'connect to another network' options.
Its been a while since I had problems with the connection and the last time its been the provider. I've checked the connection on our other COMPUTER and that works no problem so it can't be the adapter. Would appreciateany help on this problem. Thanks a lot in advance!

It might still be worth rebooting your router, and the machine you're having problems with.
Let me know how you're getting on.
