Solve : voip phones not working all of a sudden?

Answer» HI all...all of a suddent the voip phones are not working..i have TRIED to restart them but it says..searching for dhcp. when i do telnet it shows that the vlan is INACTIVE..could that be the CASE? urgent HELP needed..thanks in advance.Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the Voip software.......this usually will reset all the configurations....
