Answer» Hello all. I am hoping you can help me with my internet. I have comcast and while i can pull up my home PAGE, when i type in a web ADDRESS in the seach engine a box comes up asking for my password. i have never set my computer up to ask for a password. I just had comcast come out cause i lost my signal and while my cable would work the internat would not. they reset it and say this is a parental BLACK i have installed. But I didnt.
