Solve : Weird internet problem, urgent help!?

Answer»

My internet barely works. It's weird, like for skype and gaming it works fine, but when I browse the web it rarely opens the page first time, I have to keep on refreshing. I tried trouble shooting it and it came up with this:

Your computer appears to be correctly CONFIGURED, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding.

I have my dxdiag files, should I post that up?

basically I have a windows 7 64 bit
gtx 580
i-5 - 2500 k CPU 3.30 GHZ 3.30 GHZ
8 gb ram

and I'm connected to a wireless network by my network adapter. Hey there,
DNS not responding means that when you are going out to the Internet, looking for your DNS server, the server has not responded. That means that either you have the wrong DNS server address, or maybe the server is actually down. ANOTHER possibility is that you have a virus that could be re-directing you elsewhere.
Firstly, check your DNS settings and see if there are any issues there that could be causing this. Try this LINK below to troubleshoot some DNS problems
