Solve : What do these mean (attached), please??

There is a wireless PC and a Ethernet-connected PC (DON-PC) connected to the same router (192.168.0.1) and NOTHING else, and I wondered what all these 'active connections' were?

Is it anything to concern myself about?

You are 192.168.0.2 in the LIST you attached.
The NUMBER after the IP is a port number. You have programs or some service that requires special ports for services.
