I have a Dell desktop- P4-2.53 processor (I think). I would like to have wireless internet and not worry about paying an internet BILL every month. If you want internet access you will have to pay for it; in my country there are options to pay every month or you can BUY access for a limited period of time, when you wish to connect - but this is far more expensive if you will calculate the cost per hour and USUALLY is worse than when you have a monthly bill to pay.

Where do you live? Are there any ISP's that provide wireless connections to their network? Or do you mean what juicebox said, an equipment connected by cable to internet but at which you can connect wireless.
