The above post makes no sense, and I'm 99% sure it doesn't work. You should have an icon the taskbar that LOOKS like a CELL phone signal strength -- click that. What comes up is a list of all wireless networks in range; you need to talk to your friend, or whoever manages the wifi there, what the connection name and password are. Click the connection name in the list (it might be easy, like YourFriendsLastName, or hard, like myqwest3897) and the click Connect. After that it should ask for a password, type it in and continue. You should at this point be connected to the internet.
