Hello, I have a psp system and when we drive through the city I can pick up multiple wireless networks, some unsecured. Is it legal to use these unsecured networks?It depends.
If you don't "hack" to be able to use one of those networks than it is not your fault that you can connect through an unsecured wireless network. It is the network administrator/owner's fault. You just connect "accidentally" through that network.That depends on what country you live in, but I wouldn't recommend using other peoples unsecured network. Beside the possible legal consequences there's also the moral issue of LEECHING on a service that someone ELSE is paying for.
