Answer» I have a Dell laptop with an internal 56K modem and running Windows XP. While on-line via the 56K modem, I would like to make the laptop a WiFi hotspot to use an iPad. Is there HARDWARE and/or SOFTWARE available to accomplish this?No. Wi-Fi does not SUPPORT DATA rates below 256 k bps.
