Answer» Hi. For the last few days my wireless network just disappears after an hour or so. Nothing is available at that point. When I restart laptop it is back WORKING again for another hour or so....LONGEST is about 3hours no issue. There is no difference in speed or anything LIKE that.
I have done a system restore to a week ago and set UPDATES not to auto update. I have also checked the power options and said no to turning off to save power. I have also tried telling it to try connecting to the wireless network when it is not broadcasting its name (SSID). I have tried the standard re-set on router (turning off 3mins taking all power out an pressing reset button).
When i diagnose the connection while it is available it says that it fixes a problem with auto configuration but the same continues.
The driver is the latest available. My mobile is still connected to the router and has no issues.
Using Windows 7 64x. Atheros AR5B97 Network Adapter driver version 9.1.0.334 router is D-link DSL2780 Any more info NEEDED please askGuessing no-one can help then
