Answer» I have two HP Laptops, both very similar specs. My ISP - Virgin MEDIA is WORKING fine on one laptop but the other one it has a RED X on the icon in the task bar. The HP Pavillion g6 notebook with the problem is running Windows 7 (64bit). It has an Intel Pentium CPU 2.10GHz 6GB RAM The Network card is Ralink RT5390R 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi Adapter. Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller. It seems to be CONNECTED to the internet intermittently. Any ideas Thanks A red X means the wireless radio button (F12) key is turned off.
