Answer» I have a problem with my wireless. I have a netgear ROUTER, which is WORKING fine wirelessly with my other computer. The laptop uses Windows Vista. When I go into the Network and Sharing Center it gives me my computer, network and the internet. There is an X over the line going to the internet. It ALSO SAYS that the Network is Unidentified? When I do the diagnostics it says to turn off modem and unplug the power cord and wait......I did all that and it still is not working. Can someone please HELP? Thank you!Start over. Go through all the steps to set up a network.
