my computer has randomly stopped working wirelessly,

i have connect it via a cable atm and works fine.

but the light that is normally blue is now orange that says if its working wireless or not

can SOMEONE tell me how to switch this BACK on

please help........i hate wiresYour wireless card may be dying. Borrow one from a friend.What brand of laptop is it? I'm assuming your card is internal as most are these days. Try hitting the button to turn it back on. "Which would be where the blue or orange light is." If that works you may have to reconnect by refreshing wireless networks and choosing one. If that doesn't do anything then go to start, control panel, SYSTEM, hardware tab, device MANAGER. See if you have any yellow !'s or and red X's. Where it happens this wireless disconnection? Are there any other computers connecting wireless to the same router/access point? Maybe it's nothing wrong with your laptop or wireless router/access point, maybe it's "just" interference; in this case you should try the channel for the wireless communication, but it could be possible that all the spectrum is interfered. Microwave owen, some electric equipment nearby?
