depends on your operating system, their operating system, firewalls, and so on.It's not easier to go and talk with the girl? Why through "network messages"? I've been thinking about this recently, is it possible to message over IP, as opposed to something like AIM / MSN or email?All communication on the internet are messages over IP. What TURNS the messages into something meaningful is how they're encoded and decoded by the sender and receiver RESPECTIVELY. This is exactly what IMs, email CLIENTS and so on do. So in order to send and receive a message you will need software at both ends that know what to do with those messages.Quote It's not easier to go and talk with the girl? Here we go!!!
