Answer» I have a sony viao vgn-ns20e laptop with vista operating system, it's was working properly but I don't know why now it is showing any wireless network available even THOUGH the switch is on ,but ALSO the light of the switch is STILL off. I have try everything but still not working. Have you enabled Wireless network adapter in Network Center where other network adapters are? Is wireless device properly working between DEVICES on your computer?If you have the ability try to connect using an ethernet cable to test the connection. Then try looking in device MANAGER to see if there are any issues. Let me know if you need help with that.
