Answer» I have a brand new HP wireless printer. Gateway wireless laptop, Actiontec DSL router. My printer will not print, it freezes when I turn off my COMPUTER. When setting up wirelessly my printer RECOGNIZES the computer and them after it says "was succesful" the printer then freezes. I reinstalled it using an ethernet and INSTALATION went great and printed a test page. Turned my computer off and printer dno longer responds. HP cannot figure it out. Many , many wasted hours. Hi. Please PROVIDE me with the MODEL printer you are using. If you have downloaded/installed any new drivers recently, please link me to that as well.
