I have a problem that NOBODY seems to know how to fix.
I have a Sony computer that is connected to cable modem. I have a wired router DGL-4100 that is connected to XBox 360 and this computer thru cable modem.
When I am connected to XBox Live I cannot use my computer to use internet. When Xbox is off I can go on the internet. I cannot use Xbox and internet at the same time.
I FOLLOWED the USER guide but still no use.

What speed is your Internet connection?
And are both your PC and Xbox 360 set up to obtain IP addresses automatically or manually?My internet speed is over 6Mbps.
