Answer» Some countries are not ready to give voting rights to its CITIZENS because they are NON- democratic countries . Such countries do not believe in the system of electing POLITICAL representatives by voting.They believe in dictatorial, military or AUTOCRATIC rule where one party or one GOVERNMENT rules for longer period of time.HOPE IT MAY BE USEFUL TO UHOPE THIS HELPS YOU!!! |
