Characteristics of South West MONSOON are:-

1)The distribution of rainfall is not UNIFORM . it causes rainfall in most of the country except in Tamil Nadu.


2)Erratic in nature . It is EVIDENT from the fact that some parts of the country may be facing fury of floods DUE to heavy rains while the other may under severe drought .
