Central bank is an apex financial institution which controls & regulates monetary system & all the financial institutions of the country.	Commercial Bank work under central bank which accepts deposit from public & gives loan & advances to the borrowers.
It deals with commercial banks & financial organisations of the country. It doesn’t deals with public directly.	Commercial bank directly deals with the public.
Central bank uses many tools to regulate & control credit.	Commercial bank create credit in the economy.
