Dependence on others: Non-Aligned Countries are too backward in the fields of Science, Technology and Military power and are dependent on developed countries for assistance, 3. Rural Structure: Non-Aligned Countries are mainly comprised of villages. Many villages are deprived of even basic necessities like proper sanitation, medicalfacilities, transportation, basic education, and hygiene.
