State Fleming’s left hand rule. Or Name and state the law used to find the direction of force on a current carrying conductor kept in a magnetic field.

Answer»

Fleming’s left hand rule. According to it, if we stretch forefinger, central finger and the thumb of our left hand mutually perpendicular to each other such that the forefinger indicates the direction of the magnetic field and the central finger indicates the direction of current, then the thumb will indicate the direction of force on the conductor.
